Diet

I have decided that I'm gonna go on a diet!!!

-No slouching while sitting. I made a deal with Viv that if either one of us slouches, we'll punch either other. Soft punch in the beginning, then if we constantly do it then it'll be a hard punch.
-Run 5.0 speed and 0.5 incline on the treadmill. Start out with 2 miles, then 4 miles.
-A few sit-ups, some forearm planks, and squats.
-Go low on sugar.
-Eat salad, yogurt, and fish; no rice.

I hope this will last!!
